All our knickers are designed for full coverage with generous fabric allowances and great stretch and recovery. How knickers fit is a very personal preference. Our knickers are true to size but if you are at the top of a size range and prefer a looser fit then we recommend sizing up.

Bras
If you're not a fan of pulling a Crop Bra over your head we we recommend stepping into it and gently pulling it up over your hips using fingers not finger nails and then popping the straps over your shoulders. A great alternative is our Easyfit Adjustable Travel Bra that has a hook & eye back closure.

Shapewear
Our best tip for getting into any shapewear is to step into it as the widest part of our body is our shoulders so even shapewear tops are easier to get into by stepping in and gently pulling it up the body being careful not to put fingernails through the fabric.
