It's hard to know your perfect size without trying on. We get it. That's why you can return within 30 days for a refund (excludes Final Sale and Knickers, after your first pair).
For orders in Australia we also offer an exchange service.
TERMS
Please read carefully before posting your return. If your item(s) don’t meet the following criteria, unfortunately we will be unable to process a refund or exchange.
If unsure, please email or call us to check the return eligibility. We would love to help.
- Returned items must be unworn, in new condition, with the packaging and tags attached.
- You may return your first pair of knickers! We want you to get the perfect fit, so please try on over a pair of knickers to ensure the fit is right. If returning, ensure the tags are still attached and that if in a multi-pack all are returned. Any returns after the first pair will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Returns must be received by Bella Bodies within 30 days of purchase.
- Final Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Refund is for product purchase price only. Postage is not refundable.
- Exchanges are only for incorrect sizing, not change of mind. We do not exchange across styles or for different colours. We offer free size exchanges (for Australian orders only) when you return through our returns portal. Exchanges are for size changes only not change of style or colour. To ensure you can find your right size, return postage for exchanges is on us and we’ll also pay to send out your replacement! Please check our website to see if the size you wish to exchange for is available. If your requested size is not available you will be issued a refund and the cost of return postage will be deducted from that refund.
- Return Postage for Refunds - Should you prefer a refund and choose to use our label (Australian orders only), $9.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If returning a multipack, all items in the pack must be returned or the return cannot be processed.
- Ineligible returns will not be refunded, and return postage is at the customer’s cost.
- Free gifts or gift with purchase must be sent back if order is returned back to us for a refund not an exchange. This will be deducted at the RRP from the final monies owed to you from the refunded items.
- Ensure you return goods with tracking in case they are lost in transit as goods cannot be refunded or exchanged if proof of delivery cannot be made.
- Please allow 5 business days for your Return or Exchange to be processed, from the date we receive your item(s).
- When returning your item(s). Return to Sender (RTS) parcels due to incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $12.85 fee (Australian orders), which will be automatically deducted from your return.
- For international Return to Sender (RTS) return postage costs will be deducted from the cost of your refund.
- Funds are automatically sent back to the payment method used at checkout. It may take up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to clear in your account.
- For missing, damaged or faulty items, please contact thefrontdesk@bellabodies.com.au or 02 9905 1462 as soon as possible.
On the reverse of your packing slip is a form for returns or exchanges. Please complete this and ensure it is included with any returned goods to:

Australia Post Easy Returns Portal (for Australian Orders only)
Step 1: Log in to the Returns Portal HERE.
Step 2: Fill in a few simple details so we can create a return postage label for you. Size exchanges are free but if returning for a refund the postage cost of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Step 3: Print your label at home and post in a street Posting Box.
Alternatively, take your packaged items and barcode to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location (marked with a printer symbol on Maps) and they’ll print it for you.
Choose to drop your return at any Post Office, Street Posting Box, or selected retailers including supermarkets and pharmacies.
Step 4: You'll receive a confirmation email when we receive your parcel.
Lost or Damaged Items
Although damage or loss in transit is rare, it can happen. Please Contact Us to report a lost or damaged item.
Lost items will be replaced, unless the tracking says it was delivered.
